The Windows Media Player Plugin module is designed to operate within Windows Media Player™ version 12 (up to 9). It enables a user to cut or edit out a part of media file directly from Windows Media Player™ at high speed without quality degradation and problems with audio/video synchronization.
If main menu of Windows Media Player is switched off follow steps shown on Figure 2.

Trimming media files is easy and straightforward. Trimmer's GUI controls are shown in Figure 3.

The operations order for trimming mediafile is listed below.
1. Open your media file in usual way via Windows Media Player menu (Figure 6a) or use 'Open Media File' button of WMP Trimmer Plugin (Figure 6b).

3. You will see the expanded view of Plugin . Use slider and markers to set the start and stop time positions of the fragments you would like to save.

4. Now it is necessary to mark fragments you would like to be cut out from the output video file. Move the slider to such fragment. It should change its color to orange. Then click the 'Cut Out Selected Fragment' button.
Do the same operation for all fragments you would like to be deleted (Figure 9).

5. When all fragments that you would like not to be presented in the final video are marked, press the 'Trim' button to start the editing process (Figure 10).

6. You will be asked for a file name in which trimmed part of media file should be saved (Figure 11).

8. When the trimming process is done, you will be informed with the corresponding message (Figure 13).
Click 'Yes' button in the message dialog if you want to open folder with output mediafile. Click 'No' button otherwise.

If you are also someone who downloads music but gets irritated by the inaccurate song titles or missing album names, you might want to find a way to change properties of Mp3 files. This is what this article is going to be about, in reference to Windows 10.
1) Using File Explorer
· To edit the properties of an MP3 file in Windows 10, first right click on the file.
· An action box will appear. Look for 'Properties' in its end and click on it.
· Head towards the Details tab.
· Here, you will see all the information of your Mp3 file including title, subtitle, album name, artist, publisher, composer, author URL, genre, year, comments, and even rating.
· Click on any of these information boxes and a highlighted text box will appear. Saves pdf document.
· Now, you can easily edit that particular property.
· Once you are done, click on 'OK' to apply the changes.
Note: Some Mp3 files are 'Protected' and thus, their properties cannot be changed easily. Under the Details tab, there is a 'Content' section. Here, you can check whether a file is protected or not. If it is, a yes will be written in front of the 'Protected' section.
2) Using Built-in Music App: Groove
· Launch the Groove application.
· Head towards the My Music section.
· Go to the Filter option and apply 'Only on this device'.
· Open the album which contains the Mp3 files you wish to edit.
· Right-click on your desired track and select the 'Edit Info' option.
· A small window will appear. Here, you will see the already assigned properties of the Mp3 file including song title, track number, album title, genre, song artist, album artist, disc, and year.
· Click on any of the information box where you want to make a change and a highlighted text box will appear.
· Here, you can simply edit the property.
· Once you are done, use the 'Save' button to apply all changes.
With this guide, editing properties of Mp3 files should be a cinch.
